Solid Waste Incinerator

Solid waste Incinerator

About Solid waste Incinerator

A solid waste incinerator is a facility or device designed to burn solid waste materials at high temperatures, reducing them to ash, gas, and heat. These incinerators are used for waste management, particularly for waste that cannot be easily recycled or composted. It includes a combustion chamber, a flue gas treatment, an ash collection system, and an emission control & safe venting.

How to make an Incinerator ?

Body of Incinerator:

The body consists of a metal drum, upper and lower cones. These parts are made of stainless steel or mild steel.

Fireproof Insulation:

The inner walls of the metal drum and the upper corner are lined with ceramic wool, refractory bricks or fire cement to retain heat, providing fire-resistant insulation. This also protects metal parts from direct contact with fire.

Chimney (Exhaust) Pipe:

Install a chimney pipe where the smoke comes out. The length of the pipe will depend on our needs. Stainless steel or mild steel is used for this.

Air Vents:

Provide small ventilation holes in the bottom corner of the machine for oxygen flow. This helps the waste ignite and burn properly.

Loading door:

A loading door is provided in the metal drum (combustion chamber) for adding waste to the incinerator.

Ash collection Chamber:

The cone at the bottom of the machine is used to collect ash, and a door is provided at the bottom of this cone for removing ash.

Waste retention net:

The bottom of the metal drum (combustion chamber) is provided with a metal bar net to retain the loaded waste. This metal bar net is made of stainless steel or mild steel.

Standing Leg:

The machine has 3 or 4 legs to hold it in place on the surface. This elevates the incinerator to ensure proper ventilation, makes it easier to collect ash, prevents heat damage to the ground, and provides stability on uneven surfaces. The legs are made of stainless steel or mild steel pipe.
